KL7WV Tower Service

About Me

People often ask me why I climb.  The answer is simple – I love it!  I got into Amateur Radio when I was 13 years old and am still passionate about the hobby.  I have 40+ years of tower, antenna and electronics experience, including 13 years in Alaska building and maintaining cell sites.  I relocated to West Virginia in 2012, but I’ll travel anywhere, even worldwide, to do tower work.  I’d be happy to work with you from start to finish on your project.  Read More…

What You Can Expect

The old saying “work smart, not hard” applies.  I prefer to charge by the job, not by the hour.  This way, the customer doesn’t feel like they are being ripped off and I am not under the gun to hurry.  Do it right — not just fast.  We will discuss your project and agree on a price beforehand.   I’m not going to get rich in this job, but then again, money isn’t everything.  I’m in this line of work because I enjoy it and I’m good at it.   Read More…
